Inmate Names: Shawn & Larisa

1st NOA: 1/23/03
2nd NOA: Lord only knows when!
Fiance(e) Country: Russia

PS: I live in Lincoln and have to drive by the flipping place
everyday and I am contemplating purchasing a month or so of
advertising on the giant billboard just outside their office to stage
my own protest and advertsing their slowness to a couple hundred
thousand citizens that pass by everyday.

Aaron that was GREAT just what all us Nebraska inmates really believe too. Today sees day 230 pass for us with our I-130 application. Our online status still reads as follows:

Your I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was received on July 13, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 200 and 230 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.
So anyday now we expect to log onto the online status & see it go up again. geeze they wonder why we get impatient waiting??
Wouldnt it be truly amazing if we could believe anything we read or are told about the timeframes.
Our I-129F for our K3 is still in the early stages but Im guessing that we might get an approval on that one first anyhow. If I was a betting woman I think thats where Id be putting my money. I am so tired of waiting to be with my darling again.

Cheers Shepslady

1st NOA NSC 9/13/02
2nd NOA - My petition officer called me todayto say that he was flying from the
NSC, in his/her private jet, in about 5 minutes to personally hand deliver our
I-129f approval. From the airport they will come to my house in a limo and
after they give it to me they will then congratulate and honor me with an
inviation to ride in the limo with a full bar of champagne, french wine, and
various exotic liquers(sp?). Then, they drive me to the Ann Arbor airport where
they have a special mini concorde plane waiting to fly me to Paris so I can
hand deliver the petition approval to the Paris Consulate. And, of course, the
NSC guys speak with the Frenchie guys to put in a special word for expiditing
my fiance's inverview. No problem! In fact they will also get all the papers
needed for the interview in order immediately. And, oh yes, to sweeten the
pie, they offer to be my co-sponsor since I barely make the poverty
requirement. No problem. They said they'd wait patiently while my fiance has
his interview and then to celebrate our K-1 visa approval they will treat us to
a five course dinner at the top of the Eiffel Tower. They said they'd enjoy
the view but more importantly they would love nothing more than to see two very
happy, in love people glow with such happiness and excitement.............. I
just love fairy tales!
