NSC new times
Seeing the updated processing times for NSC really made me upset, but I'm
wondering now... it seems as if the other SCs havent moved since their last
update either. Perhaps USCIS just didnt change their dates for this update? I
find it hard to believe that none of the SCs have moved in the last few weeks.
Maybe its just wishful thinking on my part.

Texas has moved from 8/8/03 to 8/25/03.
