Does anyone know the timeline from their experiences after receiving their
first NOA for the AOS, EAD, and AP? We have a biometrics appt on Jun 8th.
BTW are packages are at the Lee Summit NSC in Missouri. My wife is
ANXIOUSLY waiting to get a job!!! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Missouri seems to be a bit slower these days. From what I've read, EADs seem to take anywhere from 2-3 months and sometimes longer to process. AP seems to be taking about 2 months. Not sure about the AOS, because I think that will partly depend upon your local office processing times.

This is not from experience - our apps are also being processed in Missouri. Our received date is April 26 and notice date is May 11.

August 1995 -> Entered USA on VWP
5 Feb 99 -> Married USC (VW overstayed - obviously!)
19 May 03 -> Mailed AOS to NYC (USPS - Return receipt requested)
24 May 03 -> Received USPS Return Receipt (BCIS NYC accepted AOS 5/21/03)
29 May 03 -> BCIS cashed cheques
2 June 03 -> Received "yellow receipt" from NYC.
Case transferred to MSC (due to NYC backlog).
26 Aug 03 -> I-765 application received at MSC.
2 Sept. 03 -> Received NOA from MSC re: I-765
18 Sept 03 -> Biometrics appointment for EAD at ASC.
27 Sept 03 -> EAD approved online.
29 Sept 03 -> Received NOA's from MSC for I-130, I-485 & I-864.
3 Oct 03 -> Fingerprinting appt. for I-485 at ASC.
7 Oct 03 -> Received EAD card in mail
9 Oct 03 -> Applied for Social Security number
17 Oct 03 -> Social Security card arrived
11 Dec 03 -> Started work
15 April 04 -> E-filed EAD renewal application
19 April 04 -> Received NOA re: I-765
27 April 04 -> Bios appt. for EAD
7 July 04 -> AOS Interview!!
