Default No Help, No Clue! HELP??!?!?!

I'm lost and out of answers. I filed the I-129f in Dec of 2000 and sent it
to the VSC. My fiancée is from the Philippines. It was approved on Jan 2001
and quickly forwarded to Manila. My fiancée then called them and the
promptly
set her the packet 3. She went for interview and medical the works.

At the interview she was attacked, berated, and accused of being the having
another approved petition? They then showed her the alleged second petition
side by side. Aside from her name being wrong in the 2nd petition, the
document did not have her correct signature. They compared the signatures
against her Phil Passport and surprisingly her sig on her passport matched
the
one on the papers she submitted in her packet 3. The agent told me that her
signature matched, the only packet 3 papers submitted on, my petition, and
her
Phil Passport. Never telling me any details on the supposed 2nd petition
other
than after comparing her signature and information that my petition was
authentic.

I was told that our petition was moved to the investigations department in
the
VSC. The officer I spoke with was very helpful and told me that "someone" in
the embassy had given out my personal information to the supposed other
petitioner!!!! Well surprisingly the next week that officer was no longer
working there???

I then contacted my so-called representative Eleanor Holmes Norton of
Washington, D.C. , the Shadow Congresswoman. After numerous calls
I was told that she had no clue about immigration matters and handed
me off to an aid, who knew even less by the way. I've been to her office
so many times they should give me a desk.

Well the aid kept saying no reply from VSC or Manila until I called her boss
and within 4 minutes received responses from both. Manila claiming to have
sent the petition back to VSC and VSC claiming it was on Manila. When
over aid head again and then VSC says it's back in the system? and on it's
way to adjudications. I have never received anything in writing from VSC
or Manila and no one has a clue as to where the petition is now.

5 Attorneys said they couldn't do anything and the Congresswoman's office
said
they couldn't do anything, no one knows anything and we are lost and don't
know what to do! We've been in our relationship for 8 years now.

I also suppose the fact that she carried into the interview a bag with 5
full shoe boxes containing 3000!!! letters she and I've written since 1998!
confused them.

By the way we considered my moving there until my doctor
wrote a strong letter to me advising me that doing so would severely effect
my
health. That I would be better off in a cold climate :/

If anyone has any suggestions we'd certainly appreciate it very much it's
crushing us because being together for 8 years and still wanting to be
together
stuck in this void.

HELP!!!! Thank you,

so sorry about your situation. have you tried getting any of the press involved. have you told anyone your story. sometimes that can get some answers when others cant.

i wonder if you might try another representative. even if you are not in their state, i sure would try that. dont know if you a democrat or republican, but senator ted kennedy might be helpful, as he is a liberal and i would assume pro immigration.

just a couple of ideas of the top of my head. sorry i cant think of anything more helpful. good luck, dont stop the fight

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. I don't have any suggestions on what to do since you already tried hiring an attorney and contacting your reps. I hope things will work out soon...

best,
Sunny
