on the I-846 my wife filled out it asked for her income which is nothing a shes not worked for 11yrs, it does ask if theres a house member who contributes to the house and if so he needs to file an I-846A

I have included a little note also...

Now something else has cropped up, Ive been offered the job of a life time, traveling around the world for a television series they want me to travel out to Italy May 16th. Is there ANY way to speed up my paperwork? Ive had the biometrics done Ive sent my additional requested evidence...

What else can I do to speed this stuff up?

He only needs to complete an I-864A if he is including his income in order to sponsor you. If he doesn't earn enough to sponsor you, then he doesn't need to do anything...no I-864A is required. If your friend is your Joint Sponsor, then your father in law does not need to submit an I-864A.

You can't speed up the process. You can use the AP document to travel, for now, IF you are qualified to (don't want to assume, because if I recall correctly, you have quite a bit of overstay going on, right?). If you have this overstay, do not travel outside the USA until you have your green card in hand.

There is no way to speed up the AOS process. All you can do is wait for USCIS to either notify you of an interview date, or approve you without an interview. Don't leave the USA without that green card IN HAND.

When you read Meaxna's post (post #2), was there something there about a ban that you did not understand? You have overstayed by what, several years? As soon as you step foot outside US borders, without a greencard, you will incur a 10 year ban. The AOS process takes as long as it takes, and there is nothing that can be done to speed it up.

So you have 2 options: 1) take the job of a lifetime and incur a 10 year ban, or 2)turn down the job and stay here with your wife until the AOS is approved.
