Re: Newbie
My ACRO was the same it also showed ‘No Live Trace’ you will need to get a Subject Access Report (also available from ACRO) mine took just over a week to come. You will definitely need this for your interview also for the medical as they will need to know the offence wasn't drug related.

Re: Newbie
You say 'it was drinking related' but what was the specific offense? The fact that you have a record relating to drinking might complicate the medical a little if they want to establish that you are not a habitual drunkard.

Re: Newbie
Drunk and disorderly I believe it was. It was so long ago now (13 years ago). If it could be an issue at medical I could get a note from my GP to say I don’t have any issues? I rarely even drink haha

Re: Newbie
It wont cost anything for the Dr to write a brief statement for you, I would say it's better to have it and not need it.

Re: Newbie
Definitely would be prudent to have a letter from your GP.
I have a heart condition, not communicable or the same as a drinking/drug incident (obviously) but still thought it was wise to take a letter from my cardiologist explaining what it was and the doctor at Knightsbridge was glad I took it along.

Hi everyone, just thought I would update you - we received our NOA2 yesterday! 183 days so we were pretty lucky!! I’ve read up about the next stages but that was months ago haha so I definitely need to revise what is needed next! So exciting!

Re: Newbie
Congratualtions 😬 took me 4 months from when I have my NOA2 to emigrating, could have been quicker about it too! It will move a lot faster now.. make sure you’re almost overly prepared, and good luck for the medical and interview 😁

Re: Newbie
Thank you! Yeah depending on how fast the next stages are but I want to save a bit more before I move haha so it will probably be January time but we will see how it goes we are kinda going with the flow and not stressing about it. Going to use this time to get over prepared 😆

Re: Newbie
Hi All, I have just received my Access Report which I have attached. As you can see it was 13 years ago, really embarrassing but it is what it is. Do I need to get anything in addition to it now in preparation for my Medical/Interview?

Re: Newbie
You'll need to so a SAR to the nick that dealt with you to see if they have any additional records on the incident.

Re: Newbie
Ok I have reached out to the local police (same one who arrested me) to see if they have any other additional info. Glad I got this stuff sorted early!

Re: Newbie
I received this reply so I think I will just print this email and take it with me along with my ACRO and SAR. Do you think that will be ok?
