New OPT Rule & Dec 2002 Graduates
Does anyone know how INS will treat Dec 2002 graduates who did not
have a chance to apply for OPT before the end of their study?
Our DSO says that there are debates within INS on when should new opt
rules be applied to Dec 2002 graduates. However, INS has not
responded my DSO's inquiry about this. Would INS just ignore this and
never respond?
