my fiance had 3 failed marriages means he divorced for 3X i was
wondering if it will effect this to our K1-visa application any advice

It depends on many factors. There might be restrictions, if any of his previous marriages involved immigration. Has he (or you) read the instructions on the I-129F to see if he does indeed qualify? I'm sure it must say there who qualifies to file one. Try looking at www.uscis.gov, Forms and Fees, I-129F fiance(e) petition.

thanks Rene we filed our application last september 4th his lawyer
said we have to wait 6months to complete the process,all his marriages
r from american women this is the first time he filed the I-29F
petition, my question is do u think it will cause of visa
denial?because of his 3 failed marriages.

No, I don't think they'll deny the fiance visa based on 3 failed marriages to USC's.

As others have said, his 3 failed marriages should not have any impact on your current situation. However, I must point out that 3 failed marriages should raise a number of red flags... since you might very well be failed marriage #4. Three other women before you probably thought they were the ones to "fix" whatever the problem was with him. They were wrong.

at first i can't accept the fact that he had a record like that but
that was his past,he shown me how much i mean to him we been together
for 2yrs and i didn't see any changes to him so i thought of giving him
a chance again anyway it will be my first marriage in my part lol
