My wife is in the Philippines and was scheduled to fly back today but
did realize that her k3 visa expired July 8. She has been there for 3
weeks. The airlines took her I94 from her. She was told by the airport
to go to the embassy and get a letter of transportation. I am asking
if anyone knows is she can get that the same day and be able to leave
then on Friday? She is in Manila.

I have to reschedule our flights but I am trying to find out this info
so that I am not having to pay penatly fees more then once.
