Need info about co-sponsors

Can anyone tell me where I can find out information on how someone can be a
co-sponsor?

Try www.uscis.gov. Generally though, a joint-sponsor can be any USC or PR, over age 18, and living in the US. One becomes a joint-sponsor by completing an I-864.
