I would recommend contacting your base legal people.

Hi:
There IS an expedite procedure for extraordinary cases. However, you have to be able to state the reason for the expedite -- I like to state that the standard is such that every other person in line in front of you will be willing to say -- "by all means, after you."
What reasons do you propose to expedite your case? You don't mention it.

Considering the subject line, I was guessing it was related to possible
deployment..... That would be enough for me to say "by all means, after you"

That is a good guess, but a guess nonetheless.
Just the other day I was working a brief and the USC involved is long time Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. In reviewing the record, I noted that he was assigned to the USS Constellation (CV-64) during the first Persian Gulf War -- so I decided to look up its deployment history -- it was at the Brooklyn Naval Yard undergoing a three year overhaul and didn't return to see until 1993.

it should be able to help that youre in the military.i mean here in
chula vista,we get ahead of line priviledges in bcis office and its
always "safe" to say youre in the military..possible deployment may
occur and you need this petition done right away..hope this helps.
