If you have sufficient income from disabity, depending upon the type, it might suffice. Also you can use assets.

Needs-based disability income cannot be counted, but income from disability insurance (such as social security disability income) can.

Phillipine woman wants to marry a disabled American citizen? One of
those eh? I'd like to see the woman's reaction if Davis287 tells her
that he decide to live with her in Phillipine due to beurocratic red
tape in US.
