Default Need the Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate to be translated and notarized officially?

Any Immigration Expert to help me?

I'm a US Citizen, who want to file petition for a stepdaughter from China to USA with
I-130, I want to know what documents needed except from those listed in the INS
website? Need the birth certificate(in Chinese)of my stepdaughter to be translated
into English by a Certified Translation Company and then approved by a Notary Service
Comopany too? Can I translate it myself? Need it to be notarized?

Also need my husband(green card)provide his marriage certificate with his divorced
wife related to my stepdaugher?and then translated and notarized officially?
