Need Advice!
I need some advice. I am married to a woman from Peru. We are married and she
has received her Green Card. She has a Conditional Resident Status here in the
U.S.
There is a problem. She is returning next week from having vacation, and she is
also coming with her young son who is coming on a k-2 Visa. She has told me
that because of the living situation in my house, my parents live in an In-Law
apartment and she and my mother do not get along very well that she wants to
get her own place to live.
Number one she cannot afford it, and of course I am financially responsible for
her and her son. If anything goes wrong I would be resonsible to pay.
We have had problems in the relationship and I feel that her moving is what she
has wanted all along. I feel used by her.
Do I have any recourse with this. If I told the INS that she moved on her own
accord. Explain the situation to them could she be sent back to her country and
would there be any recourse by the INS with me.
Please, someone help me with this problem.
