According to published reports on NSC's processing times, latest I-130 cases
(for Spouse, Parents or child (under 21) of a US Citizen) officially being
worked on are ones on or before 5/16/02 since mid-October 2002 and the date
has yet to change. That's 3 months ago - Have they stopped working on

The news gets worse...they have been showing the same date in May since we filed in July. seems that I-130's arent a high priority & I know you dont want or need to hear that.we started off with a wait of 130 - 165 days which then changed to 165 - 190 & now it is at 320 - 240 days so who knows what they are doing at NSC but it definately isnt working on our I-130 visa's thats for sure. Since we got married my husband & I have spent more time apart than we have together now & although patience is a virtue it must be one virtue neither of us possess because we want some action like yesterday not sometime this century!!
