Nebraska Approvals?
Hi,
I was wondering if there have been any recent approvals for K1 petitions from Nebraska lately? I haven't seen much in December..it feels like they are at a standstill.
It's been 130 days now for me and I was told Monday that my petition is on an officers desk.

When we found out our petition was on an officer's desk, it was less than a week before we were approved... Hope that timeframe works for you too.

At over 160 days I contacted my congressman and found out that our application had been on an officers desk since October 31st. We finally received our approval on November 27th, almost a month later.
Hang in there! It's a long wait but definately worth it in the end
1st NOA 06/18/02
11/20/02 faxed letter to congressman
11/22/02 received response from congressman that paperwork went to officer on 10/31/02
2nd NOA 11/27/02

We are also 8/3/02 I was told on tuesday it was on an officers desk also..I

i know that this is nebraska but i am waiting too
our petition k-3 went to the officers desk i think about a week ago so i
