I'm nearing the end of my immigration journey now and have my oath ceremony scheduled. Although I haven't posted too much this forum has been very helpful in looking at other posts and finding lots of good information to help us complete all the forms ourselves and even initially in helping us with our decision to go the CR1 route rather than K1. We've managed to do the whole process from I-130 to N-400 without any RFEs or other issues. I'll try and help when I can with other peoples questions too. I'll post my timelines for I-751 and N-400 below, the N-400 was much faster than I was expecting.
I-751 Timeline:
09/22/2020 - I-751 received
06/26/2021 - Biometrics Appointment Letter Received
07/19/2021 - Attended Biometrics Appointment
08/11/2021 - Status changed to ready to schedule interview
01/10/2022 - Combo interview for I-751 and N-400
01/11/2022 - Case Was Approved
N-400 Timeline:

Congratulations on seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
Did you bring your spouse to the interview for the N-400 on the 10th?

I did bring my spouse, however as I only had the letter for the N-400 they wouldn't let her through security (because of COVID) saying only I could go through. When I got called into the interview I mentioned that to the interviewing officer and confirmed it was a combo interview. He asked if she was in the waiting room or outside and I said waiting in the car outside. He said he probably wouldn't need her to come in anyways but if he did we could call her to come in. Thankfully it wasn't needed. I showed him our marriage certificate, her birth certificate, our joint mortgage documents, joint bank account, some photos of us together and that seemed to be enough for him.

Thanks. When hubby went for his interview, I was in the waiting room and the examiner came out to meet me and chatted for a bit. Our ROC came through the week before his interview so he was lucky on that.

Congratulations! Also it seems like your process went smoothly and quickly. I am in the hurry up and wait mode for my N-400.

And now it is all done and I'm officially a US citizen! Because of COVID everything was really brief. Arrived at the USCIS Philadelphia office for my ceremony. They checked me in, then we all went to the ceremony room. They just had everyone stand and say the oath of allegiance and after that everyone went up one by one to get the naturalization certificate. Once I got that I left and that was it. No speeches or videos or anything, whole thing probably took less than 15 minutes (not counting the wait to get in the room and get everyone seated). From entering the building 30 minutes before my appointment time to leaving it was probably an hour and 20 minutes or so.
