Got my interview notice - 24th March, Thursday.
All well and exciting, but... my passport is at the passport office in the UK being renewed right now, the wife and I move to Iowa City in a few weeks and the interview is in St Louis.... I was literally about to start the change of address stuff everywhere and we get this notice.
Naturally freaking out now of course, because I'm not where the interview is taking place, it's happening around the time of a big move/settling period, and my passport is out of country.
Any advice/words of wisdom please? Would be hugely appreciate because as exciting as this is, I'm also in panic mode.

Specifically to the N-400 I would recommend using flash cards to learn the civics. Many of the online practice tests are multiple choice. The actual test isn’t multiple choice.

Does anyone know what I should do regarding my passport? Will it be okay to take photocopies and explain the situation, that it's in England being renewed right now?
Will having just moved cause problems with my interview itself? I'm moving to Iowa City and would have to drive 4 hours down to St Louis for the interview, which I don't mind doing if I won't get turned away, of course. We move soon about 2-3 weeks from now, and USCIS said that you should change address WITHIN ten days after moving... unsure what to do!
My wife probably won't be able to come, which I assume isn't a big issue?

Your passport should be back to you by the time of your interview. You have at the very least 6 weeks until your interview date.
Take photocopies and your receipt of mailing with you. If your move puts you into a different office, then you need to have them transfer your file to your new field office. Call the 1-800 number and ask for a supervisor.
Your wife does not need to be there with you at your interview. If it is a same day interview/oath ceremony, however, she will miss the ceremony.

my guess is the OP is going by the USCIS guidance: “
- All valid and expired passports and travel documents issued to you that document your absences from the United States since becoming a permanent resident.”

They looked at mine at my interview and if I recall correctly took a copy.

They want to verify it with the copies they already have, and the travel history with the green card. Just red tape, and if it is in renewal in UK should not be a showstopper.. I would think.

I took a load of documents, as requested, and did not need a single one of them! Still it is better to have them and not need them, rather than need them and not have them. My whole "interview" was relaxed and informal.
Good luck Maste.

N400 approved! Gotta change my address now so hopefully my oath happens nearby instead (moved from STL to Iowa City).
Interview was a breeze - made the promise, then did the citizenship questions which I got all 6 right off the bat so moved onto the English 'test'. Done and done. Only asked to see my state ID and green card, and none of my supporting docs. Made a few changes to my application due to new job and travels etc, but while he did that we talked about England, soccer, and living in America. Then he did the usual questions at the end about organizations etc, and asked if I'd defend the USA. Such a breeze! Was done in 30 mins.

since the OP is still an alien until the oath takes place the AR-11 is required, but if they filled online a change to their account should also take care of it:

I filled so many AR-11s and didnt hear a peep about any of them. Love that they are simple to fill and file though!
