N-400 NOA Received
Today Steve received a NOA for his N-400 application. On it is says:
The above application has been received by our office and is in process, but has been
noted with one or more of the following exception(s):
Missing Evidence(s)-your application was missing evidence(s) that you will need to
provide at the time of your naturalization interview. You will be notified under
separate notice of the necessary evidence(s). that you will be required to bring to
your interview. Do not submit any evidence(s) by mail.
Has anyone else had this on their NOA for the N-400??
Thanks in advance.
Lisa

I did but it was nothing much.. Believe it was old income tax forms which they didn't
even want to see at the interview.. Wait till you get the next notice before you
hyperventilate..
good luck

Re: N-400 NOA Received
I read the list that they wanted from Ed, we didn't send in our 1998 tax returns
because we married Oct 1998...but I did send in 1999, 2000 & 2001. (They only asked
for last three years.)
I hope it isn't that darned speeding ticket. We went and got his driving record
showing the ticket on it.
Thanks for the link Ranjini, I've put a link to ours below.

Re: N-400 NOA Received
We married Oct 1998, and they only asked for the last three years of joint tax
returns, so we sent in 1999 - 2001. Wonder what they could want.
Thanks for replying Ed!
