Default N-400 interview in Oakland ---- N-14 question

N-400 interview in Oakland - N-14 question
Can anyone knowledgeable tell me what this would mean for the
processing or am I just being too paranoid ?

Application filed in Nov 2001
PD Nov 2001
FP April 2002
Interview on Aug 26th 2002

During the interview, everything went well in terms of the test etc.
but he seemed to want a copy of my I-140 (which I have since sent to
them). All other processing like -- 'writing a sentence in english,
civics questions, signature, etc. were cmopleted. But in the end he
gives me this N-14 form which basically asks me to mail the I-140 to
the Oakland office.

How long should I wait for the oath-ceremony letter ? I think the next
ceremony in SF on 22nd October.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
