My wife signed G325 with her maiden name- a problem??

My wife signed G325 with her maiden name- a problem??
Although I list her family name in question 1 as my last name, she signed with her
maiden name. I assume that I have to have her re-sign with my name.

What name is on the I-130 or I-485?

"My" or "Our" 
The name on the G-325 should match the other forms and the signature
should match the name.
