My wife got her conditional green card ( that doesn't say conditional on it) it took
78 days to get here after our interview in Columbus Ohio. We filed her AOS the later
part of August 2001 then had her interview Jan 3 2002. So looking at the big picture
it all was pretty quick. Oh and one final thing, they even spelled her name
correctly! Mike

It isn't going to say "conditional" if it is conditional. It says CR something....
When does it expire?

Across the top it says PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ( I think - she has it and is sleeping
) I'm not sure about any CR something but it does expire in 2 years. I just thought
it was cool that it didn't make it so obvious that it wasn't the normal 10 year green
card, and the word conditional is not written on it anywhere. Mike

Sorry to hear about your luck, and hope you find peace of mind soon.
I look at life as a big gamble anyway. It can kill me but it can't eat me! ( hope
the wife doesn't read this-wink) but if that was to happen to me I would pick up and
move onto whatever the next day has in store for me. I only get to be alive once and
no one is going to ruin to many of my days for longer then I allow them to.

I wish you much luck and happiness in your marriage. Hope you don't experience my
fate of having wife receive her green card and then within one month saying she

I misunderstood... I thought you were indicating you thought it didn't show she had
conditional status.
