In case anyone is interested here is my timeline to date....

1-22-03- Sent 1-129F fiance visa petition off to the NSC

1-30-03-1st NOA recieved

7-22-03- 2nd NOA FINALLY approved from NSC after much worry and
sleepless nights. They sent petition off to NVC

7-26-03-sent away for police report/certificate

7-30-03- NVC approves petition and sends to London. Had to call to get
this information, i stil havent gotton an actual letter from the NVC
but when i called them they gave me my fiance's LND case number

8-09-03- Packet 3 arrives from London

8-11-03- Sent off packet 3 forms back to London

8-16-03- Police report received in mail stating "From the personal
details supplied in your request there is no information held about
you in the Person Record category of the Police National Computer"

So now we are eagerly awaiting packet 4 with interview date
