I know it will be around December or Januaray before I get to see may beautiful wife.
I only spend 10 days with her and now I got to wait. All I can do is chat online and
wait for INS to do my paper work. Since she is in Pakistan, and she is a muslim, so
they will take there sweet ass time.

What is this the NOA for, I-130 or I-129F? Regardless, you will be very lucky if your wife is granted a visa by December/January. I started my paperwork in April, and my first set (K3) just arrived in Islamabad. I-130 should arrive in Pakistan next month (currently at NVC). I will be lucky if I get my wife here by November. And I do mean lucky. Other USC's who filed for their Pakistani wives before me still have not received any approval notices from the INS. I will be calling the consulate in Islamabad later tonight to find out current consular processing times for K3 and I-130.
Best of luck.
