My CR-1 timeline

Re: My CR-1 timeline
Hi, no we didn't get an email - the package just turned up in the mail. I suspect they just do a very basic check when they receive it - count the number of pages, check for a signature etc. Fingers crossed it gets accepted this time and we can actually get moving.
Good luck!

Re: My CR-1 timeline
Just a quick update, still waiting for I-130 approval. USCIS reports current processing time is currently 7.5-10 months, so hopefully shouldn't be too much longer. Fingers crossed.

Hoping the approval comes soon so you can be together before your first wedding anniversary.

We're still waiting too. Our dates are really similar. Married 23rd June, PD 10th August. We're at Texas, but that has slowed down considerably too, 7-9 months currently and we're hitting the 8 month mark soon.
Trying to get other things in order while I wait, missing vaccinations, tax transcripts, loosely filling out the I-864, etc. Good luck to you.

Re: My CR-1 timeline
Adults going through the London embassy only need to have Tdap, MMR (and flu shot if it's flu season at the time you immigrate). Varicella (chicken pox) is not routinely available in the U.K. and if you've had chicken pox already then you're fine. I was able to get all of mine from the GP at no cost to me. I was born before MMR was routinely given so I hadn't had that although I had had the Rubella vaccine. Depending on your age, you may have had that already anyway.
Mumps, Measles & Rubella MMR
Polio
Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids
Pertussis
Haemophilus influenzae type B (Depends on season I read in forum)
Hepatitis B

Just a quick update...
I-130 package was received by Nebraska Service Center on August 16th 2018, and we're still waiting for approval. USCIS website currently estimates 10-13 months wait time for I-130 (I believe it was 6-8 months when we applied).
I hate that this is dragging out but nothing we can do I guess. Back to waiting for now...

Re: My CR-1 timeline
Mine also went to Nebraska , and was posted the first week in January 2018, I used to check the website periodically and each time I got different estimates 7-9 months then 9-10 months, but took in the end 7.5 months. Fingers crossed, I hope your wait is over soon as it's very frustrating, living in this limbo.

Finally! After almost a year, my husband received a letter yesterday confirming our I-130 has been approved.
Really hope the next stage goes quicker...

Re: My CR-1 timeline
during my final stage, my problems arose with the upload of my documents, they had a problem with my police certificate not showing properly at there end , I sent the damn thing 5/6 times...there was a 10 day wait period until it was viewed and ticked green...
Next problem was at the interview my deed poll, was not uploaded, although not asked for in list, and the Next big one was the Tax transcript, get it and upload it..... it was heartbreaking to have my visa put on hold on the day, to get the last 2 documents in order where I believe , they were never in the list...once sorted, from date of interview to visa in hand was 10 days, and I flew 3 weeks later....
You will look back and feel it went all so quickly, lol , not yet though.. Good luck..

My I-130 was sent Feb 2019 approved last month and have NVC letter. Just need my ACRO and I imagine if all works out with medical and interview be in US by Xmas. I didn’t imagine it to be so swift.
Best of luck to all.

Re: My CR-1 timeline
Congratulations! I have read about the long waiting times with Nebraska elsewhere, so I can't imagine the huge relief. Good luck on the next steps.
