Default Must one file for immigration in the state one got married?

Is it easier to file for green card for one's wife in some state than others? I live in Baltimore and my Fiancée lives in New York. We have not decided to move to one state yet because of her job. I wonder if it's easier to start the process in Baltimore than NY. My uncle who lives in Georgia thinks it is better to file for her in Georgia State because the process is faster. Is this true?
Thanks for all tips.

You have to file at the Chicago Lockbox area and when you do the petitions will have the address in which you live. The final processing will be at that office. You don't have a choice. If she is living in New York then she will be processed in NY (either Albany/Buffalo/New York City depending on where she lives).

Thanks for the tip.
Does USCIS care if we don't live in the same city?

Yes. You will have to show why you are not co-habitating. If you prove that satisfactorily then there is no problem.

Technically, the AOS application is adjudicated in the district where
the applicant (the alien) lives, not the petitioner. In one-step cases,
since they are adjudicated together, the beneficiary/applicant's place
of residence will be where the file is sent.
