True.

I don't have the details on this fellows offense, therefore I have no opinion of whether or not he should be allowed to remain (not that my opinion counts for much anyway ).

I do have a certain amount of sympathy, because he has a child here. However, if he committed a significant crime, I guess that was his choice, and he may have to live with the consequences.

I just wondered if he potentially had a chance to stay, and I hope that he gets good representation and a fair outcome.
