multiple I-140 from same company

multiple I-140 from same company
Hi ,
I have alreasy applied for a labor couple of years back. I am expecting it to be processed in next few months. In the mean time my company found an unused labor and would like me to use it (substtute).
1. If I file I-140 with substituted labor, and when my own labor gets approved in few months, can I apply for another I-140 from same company but different job titles. . Will applying 2 I-140s from same company for different jobs cause any problems? (from california)
2. Can I opt for CP in the first I-140 and file I-485 when my own labor is approved? What happens when my first I-140 gets approved(with CP option) and I have already filed an I-485 based on 2nd I-140
3. My H1 expires in 2005, Can I get H1 extension based on I-140 pending (not I-485 since I would like to opt for CP)
4. What happens to the H1 extension if I-140 is denied. Does it get revoked?
