Just wanted to let you know that my husband contacted MSC yesterday and they said they are two weeks behind due to the holidays.
Also ..they said the MSC telephone service is through Chicago now as there is no live operators in MSC any more?????
I get more confused every day.
Anyone have a 1st NOA dated 4th October or close?
Julie

Hi, Julie!!
Jan 7th I called Missouri Service Center and I knew the message changed.
It is like as follows;
"On Jan 04, 2003 We mailed notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case.
The notice explained detail what additional material is needed.............."
The problem is my husband moved to different apartmeant Jan 06, 2003 and he afraid missed it.
And he called INS but they don't have any idea.
I feel a little nervous.
We received NOA 1 from MSC : Oct 04, 2002
We waited NOA 2 almost 100 days and now we got a this message.
I think theses days they are handling between late Sep and early Oct 2002 documents.
Hopefully, you will get a good news soon.![Smile](https://britishexpats.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Julie,
MSC is "two weeks behind" what? Behind the 3-4 months it already takes them to process an I-129f?
Regards, JEff

I am waiting for my K3 approval, dated 10/24/02. I have given up on the I-130 in VSC because the processing dates have not changed for a while.
