MSC to NVC, still nothing after 3 weeks :(

Hi all,

I just called to NVC, and tomorrow is goin to be 3 weeks since my K3 was approved and still they havent recieved my case. I am trying not to get despair, but is just that I have read of few people getting approved same day as me or after Nov 19 and NVC already have they file.

I dont know what to think, they are telling to give 90days, but if that is real time I will go nuts.

Sorry if I am sounding despair, but I am kinda fo feeling like that at this moment.

Any advice will be welcome

To have to possibly entertain waiting an additional 2 months and one week sucks pond water........however, it is what it is, and you are one step closer all the time.. What if they didn't have the K3s and you were having to only go the 130 route???!!!

So true.... so true.... Im doing the I-130 and its taking forever.... be happy! Its all gonna come your way... with time
