I am trying to dig through the BCIS online database and find the last
approved date. I've been searching backwards in receipt numbers and
haven't gotten very far. Tomorrow I will automate the process so I
can step backwards 1000 receipts a day and look at the status. When I
find the last approved K-3, I will get an idea of where MSC/NBC really
is. Anyay, that's the plan.

I was wondering if you would mind sending me your receipt number.
You're the only person I know that's been approved. If you don't want
to do this for some reason, I understand. If so, please email it to

I just want to compare your number with mine, and then start searching
forward from your approval.

If I can automate it. I could have a list of all pending K-3's, then
search it every day to see who is approved. I could then set up a web
page that would show the progress that MSC is making.
