MRV fee?

MRV fee?
I received a letter with my interview date telling me to register with a courier and pay the MRV fee.
I've booked the courier but there's nowhere on the website to pay the MRV fee.
I've called and emailed but to no avail (calling they tell me to me email, email tells me to call - super helpful!), so I was wondering if someone here could give me some information.
I've tried to paying on the phone - I entered the IVR number, but it told me there was no pending MRV fee, but I'm not sure if I trust that considering I received a letter telling me to pay, and since I'm applying for a fiance visa, I'm supposed to pay this MRV fee before my interview.
Please help??

Made a new account and it let me pay. Still amazed at the lack of help from usvisa-info people, but at least it's done now.

Yes I realise that, and signed up on the website, but the account I made for whatever reason wouldn't allow me to make the payment.
