Moved countries during green card application (UK to Singapore)

Hi,

I have a question around moving my green card application.
In January this year we completed form I-130 and got that approved in London, we have a case number (so our marriage is legit), my wife and children are all USC
As we were about do the next phase, medical etc Covid-19 hit and everything stopped.
My company originally was going to move me to the US in July (Covid-19 issues again), but I have now moved to Singapore. We will then move directly from Singapore to the US

So, does anyone know if I can just continue the application process in Singapore and not start again? Looked online and can't find much about it

Thanks

Did you file directly with the consulate on London or did you send the application to the US? If London, then you need to reach out to them and they will give you instructions. They may send the case file to Singapore, or they may say that you are no longer eligible for DCF and need to file an application directly to the US, but they are the ones to ask.

Hi Steve, welcome to BE. Just letting you know that your application is not actually for a green card. It's for an immigrant visa.

Just didn't want others reading this to get confused.

London can probably send your approved I-130 file to Singapore. You'll have to contact London to ask them to do that.

This my first reaction. But I wonder if LND will send it to NVC.
