For anyone who has received a copy of packet-3 from the Moscow consulate. ` Can you
tell me what is the revision date you have for the letter that talks about police
certificates? I have a copy I got off the net, on the bottom left it says, Letter
DSL-1083 4-98
I need to know if this is the current letter they are sending out.

Moscow discontinued packet 3 a long time ago. your fiancee will get packet 4 only,
and no, there is no copy of the Moscow packet 4 on the Internet.
