More Adit photos for aos interview??
 

Juat a quick question when going for the AOS interview is the beneficiary suppost to present two more (recent) Adit photos?

I did for my AOS in Sacramento, CA. I also brought 2 more for the EAD not
knowing that they take there own pictures for that

Hi:

Notionally, no. But sometimes an examiner will look at the photos and determine that the Big Bad Green Card Machine will reject the photos and request new ones just to make sure.

I've seen where the PP is stamped but the examiner will still issue an I-72.

If you are truly paranoid -- take some new photos -- if the examiner say "I don't know about these photos?" you can say "what about these ones?"

BTW, this doesn't bother me when this happens -- the examiner is actually being helpful IMHO.
