Hi, I will be going to my interview in Montreal. I have 2 children aged 13 and
6. Are they required to be present at the interview?? Also, I have a court order
saying that I have custody of my 6 yr. old, and his father has reasonable access
with reasonable notice. He has never seen him a day in his life though, and I
have no idea where he even is. Will this court order saying that I have custody
be good enough for INS??
Any help that I could get would be appreciated.! Thanks Susan
