And there is something weird.

two days ago, on the NBC processing list, it said that EAD based on
pending AOS process time: 18 NOV 2005, this morning when they updated
the website it said: 17 OCT 2005!!!!! DO they go backwards????

I saw on earlier posts that some people check other website for
processing times.. can any body recommend one?

Yes... quite often. Processing dates indicate nothing other than the date of the oldest file still on the shelf. Checking the dates is the first step on the road to madness... stop it, you'll sleep better at night.

Relax. First of all, those dates aren't worth the pixels they're using up. Most of the time. Sometimes they reflect the oldest case on the shelf. Not always. Nothing is a given, let me tell ya.

And before ANYONE choses to complain (yes, this is very tongue in cheek)... I remember the days when NSC was SO BEHIND you were looking at a 9-10 month wait for your 129F to be approved - that's not even to the second round of checks or to the consulate for the interview!

What a YEAR 2003 was, let me tell yas...

Hey Elly,

Ditto on that remark! In 2003, CSC was taking 4 months to approve I-129F's. Now they are in and out in about 2 weeks or something. ARGH! LOL

Are you sure your file was not forwarded to California? Many fiance petitions are sent straight from TSC to CSC.
