Mental Health Problem?

A friend of mine visited USA and applied COS from B2 to H1B. After working for 2 years, she suffered paranoia and deep depression and decided to take a vacation on another state. She was on her car, driving, when her depression attacked.A group of police and immigration officers stopped her. Because her depression somewhat affected her manner of thinking, she didn't speak for herself and acted weird prompting security enforcers to bring her to an Outpatient Behavioral where she was held for 3 days. The psychologist gave no grave findings on her except that she suffered from paranoia and deep depression.

On the way home she was stopped again by a group of immigration officers. This time she was able to tell them that she was on vacation and they let her pass. A few weeks after the incident, she decided to quit job and return to her home country.

Her question is, will she be banned from re-entering USA because of her confinement even if she has fully recovered? Her condition wasn't psychosis and the doctor emphasized that it was just depression (which is common in USA).

Thank you and best regards.
