British Expats - Medical question - summary and specialist reports

Background: IR-1 applicant, USC sponsor, NVC almost complete.

Premise: I am aware of the following requirements, copied and pasted, from the Visa Medicals website (https://visamedicals.co.uk/united-states):

"Print-out of medical records summary from GP."

I asked for this and the GP has provided me with what appears to be an enormous database print-out of some 37 pages in length. It spans from my DOB to the time of the request. It is not titled "medical records summary." It contains very brief records of all my interactions with the GP surgeries I've been registered with over the years (I am 36 and have been registered with quite a few). The print-out though is mostly centric on the period 2009 (when I was registered in this area having moved here from another region) to date. There are roughly 2 pages covering the many years from my DOB to 2009 and 35ish spanning the remaining years... I've put this down to old school 80s and 90s records keeping (or not)!

"Copies of GP/specialist reports, if available, for any significant medical conditions, including all psychiatric. If there is any history of TB or tuberculosis contact, please obtain old records, including investigation and treatment details."

I have many, many pages of GP and specialist letters to one another, treatment reports, investigation reports etc on my three "significant" (define significant, I know) medical conditions. All of these are between GPs and specialists actually involved in my care. Obviously, and as yet, none are to the USCIS Panel Physician at Visa Medicals.

Question 1: I would imagine the enormous database print-out is the medical records summary. Do you think I am correct in that assumption or do I need to go back to the GP and ask for something else before I finalise the NVC stage and think about booking a medical?

Question 2: Do I need to obtain bespoke specialist reports from my consultants at the local hospital to the USCIS Panel Physician at Visa Medicals? This will take some time to arrange/complete and I'll need to explain what I want to the Drs involved.

Question 3: [Relevant only if Question 2 answer is "Yes."] I would imagine I am looking for a few bullet points in such letters: "Presentation / history", "Investigation", "Diagnosis", "Treatment", "Current Status." Would that suffice?

Thank you in advance for any insight you are able to provide. I realise that parts of this question have been asked before, but that was some time ago and the criteria for acceptance might have changed somewhat since then. I also couldn't find anything specific to questions 2 and 3 - I did at least look before opening another thread!
