Smile Marrying a US citizen

Hi all, I am about to get engaged to a girl in texas USA, But have a few questions. Firstly she wants to live here in the UK, i am tying to findout what visa's i need, and how to register our marriage here, as we will be marrying in the US. Secondly do i need to get any special permissions to marry a US citien in the US i.e. what forms do i need to obtain? And finally any other relevant infrmation would be greatly appreciated

Thankyou for your time

You can get married in the US on a visa waiver or B2. No special permission is
needed. However, one caveat. Don't volunteer this information at the point of entry.
If INS hears you are getting married, they might assume you will stay in the US.
