I am a UK citizen living with my USC Fiancée. I just have arrived on a 90 day I94W
visa waiver. If my divorce comes through before the end of this period, can I
remarry? I am in the Boston area which means a processing time of as little as 1 day.

Any help will be much appreciated.

The answer is still the same. Yes you can. As for as little as one day for AOS in Boston, that information is bogus. It will take between five and 8 months for the scheduling of the interview. It will take one day for the EAD.

Ha, ha, one day! Boston's quick but it's not that quick - although I think they'll
give the EAD in one day.

Anyway, that's pretty much irrelevant because once you've filed your pending
adjustment of status and you don't have to worry about the visa waiver expiry. Yes,
if the final divorce decree comes through you can remarry and file to adjust status.
