My fiance is coming on a visitor visa and was wondering if we would
screw things up if we got married and then applied for the K3. Just
trying to figure out the quickest way to bring her over cause she is
coming here for medical treatment and for us to get married. Thanks.

If your fiancé is coming to the US on a "VISITOR VISA" and she is coming for
medical treatments and "for us to get married" that is visa fraud. I hope
the INS (oops BCIS) isn't monitoring this NG. (A visitor visa is for a
VISITOR NOT MARRIAGE!)
I have followed this NG since 1998 and have gone through all the hoops. I
have seen so many posters with problems, worries or fears because they were
in a hurry and didn't follow the law, tried to speed up the process, or just
ignored the law.
I will advise anyone to take the time, learn the proper procedures and laws,
and do things right. Then you will never have to worry when it comes time
for the interview! A few months is NOTHING in your life, and that time well
spent, will reward you for the rest of your life. I wish you the best
Happy New Year.

Notionally speaking, there is nothing wrong with you getting married while she is here on her temporary visit since you indicate she intends to leave and remain outside until she gets a visa to come here to live.
However, there are risks involved.
