Default Married and working, what now?

Hello everybody,

I got married a week and a half ago and my k1 is valid till january 15th.
We're in the process of filing my AOS and I have a question. My temporary
EAD was valid only 90 days. If I file my I-765 now, will I be able to
continue working? Or do I need to quit my job and wait until my 1 year EAD
is approved? Also, what are the requirements for a joint sponsor for the
I-864? My wife does not meet the requirements (125% of the poverty level,
does not have any assets) and we're looking into the possibility of having
her brother co-sponsor me. Are the requirements for the joint sponsor the
same as the main sponsor?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks

If the EAD expires, you are supposed to stop working until you get
another.
