Married to a USC on a tourist visa
I have a friend that came here on a tourist visa from the Philippines. She has
been to the US a few times to visit her boyfriend (US citizen). When she got
back here a few months ago, she got married to him. What does she have to do
now to stay in the country? I-130? K3? Thanks
