Sorry if this is in the wrong area of the boards - but this is my first time here!! I am trying to get a question answered by the UKBA or Worldbridge in the USA but am not being successful with either!!

My question is this is anyone has any knowledge. My fiance and I are going to marry in Scotland. I am a British citizen and passport holder but am also a Green card holder as I have lived and worked in the US for over 11 years. My Fiance is an American Citizen. We know he will require the Visitor Marriage visa so he is able to marry in Scotland but the question is do I?? because I live and work out of the country even though I am a citizen will they require me to apply for one also or am I free to enter the country and marry without the Visa? We have no intent to stay in the UK after marriage we only intend to marry there and come back to the US.

You are a British citizen with a British passport so you can come and go as you like, get married, etc etc.

You do not need any special visa.
