I have been working in the US under H1B. I do not have Visa in my passport as the way
I have been converted from F1 to H1. I got engaged and I need to get married soon. My
fiancee live in balgladesh. I am bangladeshi too. From Bangaldesh it is taking at
least 30 days to get H1B visa. Now, I can not take a single day off from my company
as the way I have been working on a project that need to be done soon. Also lot of
people get denied even though they have all papers right and still employed. In this
situation, I am scared to travel and get married in back home. My company is going to
apply for my I-485 application soon. Can anybody tell me how I can bring my fiancee??
Can I get married over the phone? Does it work?? They always ask for wedding pictures
what I wont have if I get married over the phone. What if I take advanced payrol??
Would I be able to bring my wife then in some ways?? Please provide me some
suggestions. What should I do. I am looking for any way to without travelling back
home. If phone marriage work, that would be great. She could apply for H4 visa. Also
if I got married on advanced payrol stage, how could I bring my sopuse? Do I have to
wait 3/4 years unitil I be citizen?? Pls respond.
