Hi everybody,
Here is my story. I need some advice.

Just a couple years ago I got married in Europe in Bulgaria. Me wife came to
United States 20 months ago by "green border"
So, she is here illegally - no social no any kind of american documents
except her native Passport.
I am about to get American Citizenship in August. I would like in some way
to legalize her residence in United States.
I know if she stays her - there is no way to do this.

Does she have to go back to Bulgaria in the same way that she had get enter
the US. And is the best idea take her from Bulgaria - it takes 3 months.

If I do this, does she have any chance to enter legally the border of the
United States.Or does she have to wait for changing the immigration law??

Once you obtain Citizenship you can file an immigrant petition on her
behalf. She shouldn't leave the US under any circumstance. If she did she
would be barred for 10 years.

But she can't get legal that way, because she entered without inspection.
The only hope is an amnesty or if INA 245(i) is activated again.

I think you can file the I130 and follow through with all necessary
documents....be prepared to pay the EWI 1000.00 fee plus the forms, and be
prepared for a long wait.

There currently is no way for somebody who entered without inspection
to become legal.

What does it mean without inspection?

I mean if you can come here, then you have been inspected before
right?

Or is it the same as overstaying and break the rules.

Without inspection means sneaking over the border without being
inspected by a border officer.

Hmm, there are lots of people here who weren't inspected.

Overstaying is if you were initially legally admitted to the US
and stayed longer than you were allowed to.

BUT - she doesn't have any kind dokument:

I mean - NOBODY knows that she is here - it's the main POINT and if she
leaves the U.S in the same way " by Mexican border" to Mexico then she can
legalize american residence from NATIVE COUNTRY- it takes up to 3 moths -she
gets I524 or I521 from US EMBASSY

What do you mean? She never goes out of the house???
There are lots of people she interacts with on a daily basis (neighors, etc.)
who know that she is here.

If she did, she would have to lie, and if that ever comes out she would be
banned for life.
All it needs is for somebody to tell CIS...
