Default Marriage for Immigration

Why and What are the drawbacks to marrying someone to aid in the immigration
process?

TIA

Well, for one thing... it's illegal. That probably counts for something!

Ian, thanks for your reply, but quit assuming, it only makes an ass out of
you and me. Ask before you assume anything; I thought there was gas in the
car, I thought the gun wasn't loaded. Get it? Or if that is too difficult,
you could always go count rocks in the parking.

Then clarify, otherwise it's like an essay question.

With all the posts of late from you asking how to enter the country through Canada, Mexico, with a work visa, etc. one can safety "assume" that you are the ass that is looking for a way into the US by any means, legal and/or illegal.

Oh please... was that the lame excuse you gave the judge?

What the hell is a "parking"? A little proofreading prior to posting would help you a lot.

Hi:

FYI:

http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/script...s/344/604.html

By the way, the answer depends upon whether or not the word "solely" is added between "someone" and "to." And monetary compensation is not considered an exception to "solely."

Yes I would consider anything, legal or not too illegal, all the mexs are
crossing the border and you and I have to pay for them, why can I get one
person over here that I am willing to pay for. You can 'tell me you don't
think the Govs. not full of B.S.
Just because I ask a question about something doesn't mean I am going to do
it, but it is an option I would like to know about. And if it wasn't too
serious of an issue I may in fact do it.
She or we have been at this for about 2 months and we are trying to figure
out the best, safest and quickest way to gain entrance for her legally. Is
a work visa the best way, fiance'e visa, I have no children so a tourist
vise and if we get lucky enough to have a child would that aid in her
staying in country.
All of these things are options, not saying they are attractive or logical
in nature, but options nether the less.
I am a private person and don't like to let others know all of my
motivations. I thought a simple question would do it, now I see it's a
super detailed operation.
It's simple, She's in the Philippines, I am here, we want to be together. I
met her here when she was on a student visa about 3 years ago. What is the
best and or quickest way to achieve this goal. Don't know what else to say
on the subject.

TIA
Lee

After being "rapped" she probably was no longer worthy of his attention... after all, she was spoiled goods. He probably sold her into slavery in Manila and now wants to marry her slaver.
