Marriage and the EAD
My fiance and I will be married on Sept 14 here in Texas. My question is once we file
for his EAD, can we do that in person at the Texas INS office in Mesquite, Texas or
must we do it by mail? We are really in need of getting his EAD quickly and need to
know the proper way to do it. Thanks to all.
