Marriage Certificate / L1, L2 Visa

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I have a marriage certificate from Nevada, which is not yet registered in the UK. We will be relocating to NJ in Oct, does anyone know if this marriage certificate will be sufficient for my husbands L1 and my L2 visa? Or would we need to register the marriage in the UK first?

We are considering having another service in the UK with family next year and would like to wait to register our marriage in the UK till then. However not sure if this will affect our visa application?

Any help would be great - thanks so much!! :)

The Nevada marriage certificate will be fine as long as it's a certified copy.
